FJC –A Foundation of Philanthropic Funds (FJC) is a boutique public charity that offers a diverse menu of philanthropic services to a range of stakeholders. FJC is primarily a platform for Donor Advised Funds (DAFs). In addition to DAF accounts, its over 1,000 accounts include fiscal sponsorships, collective giving accounts, and many other philanthropic vehicles that enable nonprofit organizations and their supporters to achieve their missions. FJC acts as a scaled platform that allows its account holders to focus on mission, rather than be burdened with the details of operations and compliance. Our roles as sponsors of DAFs and fiscal sponsorship organizations situates us as an intermediary between the financial services sector and the nonprofit sector.
Founders First, established in 2015, aims to close racial and social equity gaps by providing alternative growth capital and advisory programs to diverse-led companies, helping underrepresented founders build value-generating, mid market businesses to boost premium-wage jobs and build intergenerational wealth, while offering reliable and liquid financial returns to mission-driven investors.
We guide affluent Black and Brown households towards building and sustaining wealth in a values-aligned fashion. We show them how to leverage their income to build wealth for themselves and future generations while doing good in the world.
Our team takes these trailblazing households from a confused, overwhelmed, and lonely position to an abundant, intentional and clear path towards their wealthy financial future.
Our goal is to become the preeminent Black-owned wealth management firm and meaningfully contribute to closing the racial wealth gap.
