The Foundation’s local impact investing program allows the Foundation to:
• Develop a new tool that can promote community development;
• Broaden the community’s existing perception of the Foundation – as a community leader and grant maker – to include its new role as investor;
• Activate more existing assets and develop opportunities for residents and partners to leverage capital in support of local projects.

The mission of the Kenneth King Foundation is to create opportunities for those in need. Based in Colorado, our focus is removing barriers to employment, opening pathways to meaningful employment and creating opportunities for enterpreneurship.

SeaChange—through its affiliated funds—makes flexible, impact-first loans to support the real estate, working capital, and expansion capital needs of nonprofits working in Greater New York City. Our funds provide a level of flexibility and risk tolerance unavailable from conventional lenders. We seek to support groups whose financing needs cannot be met by traditional sources of financing including commercial banks and CDFIs.
