NALCAB – National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders represents and serves a geographically and ethnically diverse group of more than 100 non-profit community development and asset-building organizations that are anchor institutions in our nation’s Latino communities. Our mission is to build assets for Latino families, communities and organizations. NALCAB’s work advances economic mobility for low and moderate income people.
National Community Investment Fund invests capital in institutions, primarily banks,that increase access to responsible financial products and services in underserved communities. NCIF contributes to their success by aggregating capital and knowledge and leveraging opportunities. NCIF generates reasonable financial, social, and environmental returns for its investors and funders.
The National Development Council (NDC) is the oldest nation-wide non-profit community development organization in the U.S. Established in 1968, at the beginning of the community development movement, Entering its 50th year, NDC is a “one-stop” resource for financing and assistance in economic development and job creation, community and neighborhood revitalization, and affordable housing, as well as for building local capacity in all these endeavors.
Partners for the Common Good (PCG) is a mission based national CDFI loan fund. We participate with other CDFIs across the nation and have funded loans in 36 states through 45 lending partners across the United States that serve low-income communities. In addition, we own and manage the online platform, CapNexus, that connect community development practitioners across the nation to each other for the purpose of connecting capital to mission oriented projects and organizational efforts. Also, we have lines of business in Policy and Advocacy and Social Impact. Our experience with impact investing is connecting with investors or their representatives primarily through CapNexus to assist in finding projects for their portfolio and in our everyday work,and outreach.
