Virtual Learning Opportunities: MIE Member Programming

Mission Investors Exchange is committed to sharing learnings that grow the field of impact investing and create a community of exchange. As part of this effort, we were excited to launch a new program in 2019: Virtual Learning Opportunities.
 
Virtual Learning Opportunities are an opportunity for MIE members and other invited experts to lead a 45-minute webinar, exclusively for MIE members. Members can submit any ideas for Virtual Learning Opportunities that inspire or educate their peers in philanthropy during open submission periods. Examples of potential Virtual Learning Opportunities include deal spotlights, white papers, cautionary tales, or original ideas in social innovation for leaders who can put those ideas to work. Recordings will also be posted in a member-only resource library on the MIE site.* Virtual Learning Opportunities are held the second week of every month at around 3PM EST.
 
Already submitted an idea in 2019? If you haven't heard back yet, your submission may still be under consideration for 2020 or for other MIE programming! The submission period to host a VLO in 2020 is now closed. Ideas submitted by October 1, 2019, that are relevant to the MIE 2020 National Conference themes will be given priority for January through April of next year. All submissions recieved after October 1 will be considered for June through December.
