The California Endowment invested in Primestor Urban Vision Fund I, managed by Primestor Investment Management LLC. This fund aims to invest in high-demand, under-supplied urban mixed-use and commercial real estate projects in minority communities situated around transit hubs. The parent company and property manager of Primestor Investment Management is Primestor Development Inc (PDI), which was formed in 1999 and oversees over 2.5 million square feet of property worth over $800m.
