Investment Spotlight: Community Vision Capital and Consulting

The California Endowment invested in Community Vision Capital & Consulting (CVCC) to provide support for the growth of its core lending portfolio. CVCC works with and for local nonprofits and social enterprises, providing lines of credit, as well as loans for affordable housing and community facilities. CVCC centers social, racial and economic justice in its lending and technical assistance offerings and is a national leader in its racial equity practices and its support of BIPOC-community voices in Northern and Central California, key priorities for TCE’s Impact Investing practice.
