About the Role
As an Associate, Investments, you’ll be at the heart of the investment process—sourcing, analyzing, and conducting due diligence on top-tier portfolio managers and funds. Collaborating with the Investments Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping investment strategies, presenting key insights, and influencing decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop an understanding of asset classes, sectors, and investment themes while analyzing PPMs, financial statements, and returns to support decision-making.

Support the Investments team in identifying, evaluating, and managing a pipeline of investment opportunities aligned with the firm’s vision.

Assist in reviewing primary funds, approved managers, and industry trends and perform thematic research to assess risks, opportunities, and performance.

Draft investment memos and present findings to the Investment Committee for approval.

Track fund manager performance, benchmark results, and analyze EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) and impact metrics.

Assist in preparing impact reports, disclosures, and investment research materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain investment records, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and support internal committees with meeting coordination and reporting.

Support ad hoc projects that the Investments Team is responsible for.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field; MBA, CFA, CIMA, or CAIA preferred.

1-3 years of experience in an associate-level role or relevant experience in investment management, research, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.

Strong commitment to impact investing and sustainable business practices.

Experience with Morningstar Direct, FactSet, Envestnet, and/or Salesforce preferred.

Exposure to impact investing products and solutions preferred.

Basic knowledge of investment products in public equities, fixed income, private equity, venture capital, real assets and private debt.

Familiarity with the wealth management industry and investment products across public equities, fixed income, private equity, venture capital, real assets, and private debt.

Understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics and impact investing applications.

Basic knowledge of due diligence, performance measurement, and investment management concepts.

Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research and financial analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); financial modeling skills preferred.

Strong business writing, communication, and presentation skills.
