The panel of experienced leaders in Native finance includes:
- Christy Finsel, a visionary from OKLAHOMA NATIVE ASSETS COALITION INC focused on providing access to finance for underbanked Native Americans who have experienced asset stripping.
- Liz Gamboa, and Henry Jake Foreman the dynamic duo behind IndigiDAO of New Mexico Community Capital - working to address Native sovereignty by helping entrpreneurs to control and benefit from their intellectual property.
- Brett Isaac, a trailblazer at Navajo Power bringing utility scale renewable energy to Tribal nations and communities with community benefit agreements.
- David Cobb representing the Wiyot Tribe, sharing insights on Native leadership on the new economy and the importance of land bank, housing and integrated holistic development centered on Tribal culture and needs.
The Transformative 25 is an annual list of funds, banks and initiatives that are demonstrating the power of integrated capital to reimagine the finance system to work for people and the planet. The list highlights the work of funds employing integrated capital, using creative financial tools, that focus on social, relational, and ecological returns, and that engage with ownership and governance for equity.
