Tobi Adewodu, Associate Director of Investor Relations, Apis and Heritage
Tobi Adewodu is Associate Director of Investor Relations at Apis & Heritage Capital Partners. He has over a decade of experience across finance and mission-driven work, combining Wall Street training with a passion for expanding access to ownership and capital.
Tobi began his career at Goldman Sachs and later served as a Vice President at Morgan Stanley in the Fixed Income Secured Lending division. Between these roles, he led a workforce development program at a Chicago-based nonprofit focused on youth mentorship, connecting young people with employment opportunities through local small businesses.
He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Howard University.
Mauri Ingram, President and CEO, Whatcom Community Foundation
Since 2008, Mauri has been responsible for delivering on the Community Foundation’s mission, creating an environment for a stellar team of people to excel, listening deeply to communities, maintaining trusting, durable relationships, marshaling resources, and implementing strategy. Mauri has an MBA and has worked in public health, downtown revitalization, and real estate development. She was a restaurant owner for almost 20 years and worked as a consultant with private and public sector clients. Mauri’s varied background helps her bridge differences in discipline, context and experience. Mauri has served on regional and local nonprofit boards and actively participates in philanthropic networks.

Margot Kane, Chief Investment Officer, Spring Point Partners
Margot is the Chief Investment Officer at Philadelphia-based Spring Point Partners, a social impact organization that funds transformative leaders, networks and solutions that power community change and justice. She also serves on the investment advisory committees of Circulate Capital (Singapore) and Builders Initiative, and is a member of the Environmental Finance Advisory Board to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Previously, Margot served as CFO/CIO at Closed Loop Partners, a fund manager focused on circular economy solutions, and as Vice President of Strategy at Calvert Impact Capital.
Alison Lingane, Founder, Ownership Capital Lab
Alison Lingane is a nationally recognized employee ownership expert. Her passion for creating an economy that works for everyone was fueled in her early career by her role designing and leading micro-enterprise programs for urban youth. Alison is the Founder of the Ownership Capital Lab, which focuses on capital as a growth and scale lever for employee ownership. The Lab identifies, pilots, and supports the uptake of strategies for financing employee ownership at greater scale. This work builds on her 10+ years as co-founder of Project Equity, a leader in the movement to harness employee ownership to maintain thriving local business communities, honor selling owners’ legacies, and address income and wealth inequality, and on her role as founder and manager of the Employee Ownership Catalyst Fund.
