Raleigh Impact Tour
Join Calvert Impact Capital, Community Housing Capital and DHIC on a tour to see how impact investments are creating positive change in the Raleigh community!
The tour will showcase:

Brookridge Apartments, a 40-unit permanent supportive housing community for very low income adults;

Meadowcreek Commons, a 48-unit LEED Silver certified seniors residence; and
-
Washington Terrace, a 24-acre, multi-phase redevelopment project in a neighborhood that is seeing the creep of gentrification.
The tour will conclude with lunch at DHIC’s Homeownership Center [450 E Davie Street, Raleigh], accompanied by a presentation about impact investing and the value of affordable housing.
