It covers issues including board alignment, writing investment policy statements, and legal considerations for program development. If you're learning within an an organization that is further along in its impact investing practice, Session 2 is for you. It explores what it takes to sustain and grow an impact investing practice, focusing particularly on power dynamics and culture.
