A Guide to Actionable Measurement
This document provides a basis for a common understanding of results measurement at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. They use the term ‘measurement’ to refer to indicator monitoring, evaluation, as well as long-term impact tracking. They currently have the opportunity to improve the use and quality of all these activities.
