Pacific Community Ventures (PCV) envisions a world of thriving communities where everyone has a fair shake. Our mission is to invest in small businesses, create good jobs for working people, and make markets work for social good. We achieve our mission through a combination of fair lending, free mentorship, skilled volunteerism, impact investing consulting services, and field-building research. PCV's research and consulting practice supports clients in more effectively deploying capital and managing investments to achieve their social, environmental, and financial goals. PCV's global client-base includes foundations, pension funds, banks, insurers, fund managers, CDFIs, and nonprofits. PCV is a nonprofit CDFI, with staff in Oakland, CA and New York, NY.
