Project Evident is building nonprofit and funder capacity for continuous evidence generation and program improvement to maximize outcomes, including investments in tools and talent capacity. Our primary service offerings include: (1) Multi-year roadmaps to guide investments and activities for continuous evidence generation and program improvement; (2) Outsourced or shared evaluation talent, including data scientists, analysts, and directors of policy and evaluation; (3) Tech and data systems reviews to optimize evidence generating activities and analytics capacity; (4) Tools support across: data management, data exploration and visualization, data science and data analytics, rapid cycle testing and small tests of change, policy mapping, services procurement; (5) Review of investee evaluation plans and outcomes for grant-making, impact investing and pay-for-performance; (6) Support in developing theories of investment and outcomes frameworks, and translating those into practice.
