Position:
Chief of Staff to the CEO

Specific Responsibilities:
- Support CEO in strategy implementation, quarterly Board of Directors presentations, Board meetings, culture-building, and professional development program across the organization
- Work with the Marketing Director and CEO/President on talking points and messaging for CEO/President presentations, interviews, and external communications
- Participate with the CEO/President and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development, fundraising, and decision-making to ensure all of our work is aligned to our integrated business model, Good Jobs Agenda, and strategic goals
- Ensure consistent messaging across the CEO/President’s outgoing and internal communications; make recommendations for, and contribute to, operational efficiency, teamwork, organizational culture building
- Help plan and run All-Staffs and other group meetings, annual staff or Board retreats or strategy sessions, and professional development and DEI programs
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience (great if you have some prior analytical, strategy, or communications experience, or as an executive assistant or Chief of Staff)
- Strong organizational and project management, and the ability to keep the bigger picture balanced with attention to detail across multiple priorities and deadlines
- Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills (talking points, social media, presentations, staff meetings, external stakeholders, etc.)
- Demonstrate ability to influence without authority, show desire to coordinate & collaborate with all team members, earn trust across multiple stakeholders
- Help build and promote organizational culture at all levels
- Flexibility and comfort with a mission-driven environment, and a small and growing organization
- Fast-learner, who demonstrates humility, openness, transparency, empathy, etc., as consistent with PCV values
