Virtual Learning Opportunity: The US Affordable Housing Crisis and What You Can Do About It

Members Only Webinar: Log In To View A Recording!

Housing is a foundational issue in any individual or family’s well-being. It affects health, education, social networks, and nearly every other aspect of their life. Yet building and preserving affordable housing is both costly and complex, replete with a variety of challenges. Foundations and other MIE members can make an immediate impact in this sector through advocacy, grants, and impact investing to create and preserve safe and affordable housing for low- and middle-income communities.

This inaugural 45-minute Virtual Learning Opportunity for MIE members, presented by Marc Rand, Managing Partner of Community Capital Advisors, explores successful examples of impact investments made in high cost geographies, across rural and urban America, to provide relevant models that foundations can use in designing their own strategy. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, both during the registration process and live during the Virtual Learning Opportunity.

Join Mission Investors Exchange and Community Capital Advisors on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 3 PM ET for this inaugural Virtual Learning Opportunity.
