The foundation focuses on supporting sustainable agriculture and food systems projects, while also supporting women's reproductive rights and other important causes, including environmental protection, arts and identity, natural disaster relief and social justice.

Moreover, we believe gap-closing startups have an advantage when their teams reflect the demographics of the markets they serve, as illustrated by our Founders’ Commitment. Centered on four strategic actions, our Founders’ Commitment requires all new portfolio companies to make diversity and inclusion a core part of their business.

The Weissberg Foundation (“Foundation”) envisions a just world that recognizes inequities and builds access, opportunity, and power so that all can thrive.
